We add AI to systems you already run. Function calling against your APIs, retrieval over your operational data, agentic workflows in production. Integrations, not pilots.

If the systems exist, we will connect them. We have shipped integrations against vendor APIs that didn’t exist when the project started.

Support retainers
Once an integration is live, we keep it that way. Monitored process flows, on-call engineers, monthly health checks and a fixed SLA. Priced on a retainer, not per-ticket.

Fixed-fee, fixed-scope review of your integration estate. Ten working days, PDF report and follow-up call. Audit fee credited in full against any project work or retainer commissioned within thirty days.

01 Is Cirql Works a Patchworks Partner Agency?
Yes. Cirql Works is a certified Patchworks Partner. We design, build and support Patchworks process flows for retailers and operators worldwide, across the full connector library and through bespoke connectors when the marketplace does not have one. -
02 Do you only work with UK clients?
No. Cirql Works is UK-based but we deliver integrations for clients across Europe, North America and Australia. Named clients include Peak Distribution (AU), Spartan Tool Supply (US), Simmi London (UK), Studio Nicholson (UK), SPH Gerard Bertrand (FR), Giro (AU) and Camelbak (AU). -
03 What does AI enablement mean in practice?
We add AI to systems you already run. That includes function-calling against your APIs, retrieval over your operational data, agentic workflows running in production, and embeddings or vector search where they earn their place. Integrations, not pilots. The same engineering rigour we apply to ecommerce integrations, applied to AI. -
04 How does PatchBuddy fit alongside the integration agency?
PatchBuddy is a separate product line from Cirql Works, available at patchbuddy.ai. It is the world's first AIiPaaS (AI Integration Partner as a Service), used both by our own delivery team and licensed to other Patchworks agencies and customers. The agency and the product share a team and a codebase of integration patterns. -
05 Can you integrate platforms outside the Patchworks marketplace?
Yes. Our bespoke integration practice ships against any REST, SOAP, GraphQL, EDI, SFTP, JSON or XML interface. We have built integrations against vendor APIs that did not exist when the project started.
