Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the platform formerly known as Demandware, is the enterprise SaaS commerce platform for B2C retailers with global reach and high-availability needs. The product is opinionated about scale and reasonably opinionated about everything else.
Patchworks integrates Commerce Cloud through its OCAPI and SCAPI surfaces. Orders, customers, products, inventory and pricing flow across the estate; the headless setups using SCAPI in particular benefit from a clean integration boundary that respects the platform's caching and content rules.
Commerce Cloud projects live and die on the surrounding integration estate. We design that estate as part of the project, not after it.
