BigCommerce is one of the workhorse SaaS commerce platforms for mid-market and upper-mid retailers, with a generous API surface, headless support through Stencil and BigCommerce Catalyst, and enterprise features built in rather than bolted on. Multi-storefront and B2B Edition extend it into territory many platforms only fake.
Patchworks integrates BigCommerce through its REST and GraphQL APIs. Sales orders flow out to ERPs and OMS, inventory and pricing flow in from ERPs and PIMs, customers move between BigCommerce and CRM and marketing platforms. Webhooks are reliable enough to anchor real-time flows on, which is not always true elsewhere.
We have shipped BigCommerce integrations across both standard and headless deployments, and the multi-storefront case in particular benefits from Patchworks's per-flow scoping.
