Patchworks integrates NewStore for store-to-online customer mastering, stock visibility across the fulfilment network, order ingestion from non-NewStore channels and back-flow into the ERP and finance systems. Clienteling data, in particular, has to land somewhere usable outside the store-associate app to earn its keep.
