HubSpot started as an inbound marketing tool and is now a full CRM, marketing and sales suite. It is the default CRM for a large share of mid-market B2B businesses and a real contender in B2C ecommerce CRM use cases.

HubSpot's properties model is forgiving, which can produce data sprawl quickly if integrations are not opinionated.
