Shiptheory is a UK shipping automation platform that connects ecommerce and marketplace orders to a long list of carriers, handling label generation, manifest discipline and despatch confirmations.
Patchworks integrates Shiptheory for outbound order release, carrier and service selection, label generation and tracking-event delivery. The interesting work is usually in the rules · which carrier for which service for which order · and the operational fallback when a carrier integration goes down.
